Cross & Light is the only Broadway-quality production of Christ’s Passion through Pentecost performing in the Catholic Church today. Because the performance offers a multi-sensory experience, audiences become deeply engaged in the Passion of our Lord and often come to recognize more fully the heart of the Passion experience, the joy of the Resurrection, and the love and mercy of Christ for them personally. Cross & Light is very similar to an Off-Broadway touring show. It is fully self-contained and produced, and is designed to be a turnkey for event churches and venues of all sizes. This one-of-a-kind event was created with Catholic leaders in mind who desire to evangelize on a large-scale, but who lack the right programs and events to achieve this goal.

When you host Cross & Light, we provide you with a complete plan for every facet of the event—planning, promotion, and full implementation. Our experienced and dedicated sta have created a state-of-the-art event management system for churches and venues of all sizes. We make hosting Cross & Light clear, manageable, and low-stress provided your team is dedicated to following the plan.

Venues of all sizes - including churches - who hosted Cross & Light in 2017 evangelized thousands of people while at the same time re-cooped all event costs and made a profit.

• National Shrine of the Little Flower profited $7,000 from six performances with an average ticket price of only $20.
• Diocese of Lafayette had more than 5,000 attendees at five performances and profited $16,000 with an average ticket price of $15.
• St. Stephen Catholic Church in the Tampa, FL area had more than 5800 attendees at eight performances and profited more than $38,000 with an average ticket price of only $12.

Cross & Light works with your organization to develop a volunteer sales team dedicated to selling 50% of tickets to groups four to five months before Opening Night. We also offer an upgraded Marketing Package including custom website, customized promotional materials and bulletin ads, sales videos for each stage of the selling process, program book, one step printing services, and much more.

The organization will need to appoint an Event Host Coordinator to manage the event and be the point person for the Parish/School/Diocesan Staff. This person does not need to be a staff member. In fact, we find that former CEO’s, Retired Military People, and Corporate leaders make great Event Host Coordinators.
